Well this is a fairly late entry for today’s workout, but I honestly haven’t had anytime to do it other than right now, sitting in my bed falling asleep. Today in the gym was a good day because I was joined by my boy Reezy who did some power cleans for the first time in a long time, so we had a little bit of a refresher course at the squat rack. So without further adieu, shoulders.

Shoulders: 

  1. Hang Cleans 3x10 - 185 lbs
  2. Front Raises 3x10 - 35 lbs
  3. Lateral Raises 3x10 - 25 lbs
  4. Reverse Flys 3x10 - 145 lbs
  5. Shrugs 3x10 - 205/225/225 lbs
  6. Standing Military Press 3x10 95 lbs

I am honestly having a hard time remembering if I did other exercises, I am exhausted and on the verge of passing out. I, rather we, went right into abs and were chatting a lot of the time about funny stories. I went home for a bit had my post workout meal which consisted of mainly Greek yogurt. Got a call from my friend who asked if I wanted to chill with him and I said sure, ended out till almost mid night! it was fun, but I was oh so tired. And here I am exhausted and rushing this entry. Tomorrow is cardio aka H.I.I.T Bay-bee!
