So last night I went to the grocery store and went in, I bought everything that I used to stock my fridge with. My girl was even like “you’re about to turn it up aren’t you?” She is absolutely right, I’ve been eating clean at work and at home for the last two weeks, since then I am more energized, alert, and focused; whether its in the gym or at work.
I am genuinely excited and eager to watch my body start to move in the direction I was originally headed prior to breaking my thumb….I know, I “know how does a broken thumb stop you?” Well I tore some ligaments and had to wear a futuristic cast to avoid surgery. So hop off deez.
Since being back in the gym I am hitting the bitch hard and feel myself recovering some of the strength I’ve lost, some of the definition and size too. I will post some pictures of where I am(slightly embarrassed) but shameless because all of you who read my posts and follow my tumblr really keep me on my shit and feeling accountable to getting big and going hard. So thank you. tha zillah is back in full effect, pool parties beware.

a measure of how quickly blood sugar levels (i.e. levels of glucose in the blood) rise after eating a particular type of food.
check here for a list of the glycemic index and glycemic load for more than 100 common foods.recommended amount of sugar per day:
for women : 6 tbsp. (30 g) of sugar.
for men : 9 tbsp. (45 g) of sugar.
