  1. 6 Week Muscle Builder (incomplete Arm exercise missing, but algorithms completed.) - All you have to do once you download the PDF is ONLY change the numbers in the green columns, that is your 1RM. Once you add that number in, the spreadsheet will populate the numbers for the corresponding row/exercise. It should be fairly simply after that. Plug and Plug or should I say Lift?

    If you have any questions about it send me a message (I will post the complete verison when I get a chance). And yes I know its not complete, I haven’t finished rewriting it for myself, but it will change for you anyways so I thought it would be best to post it and let you augment it to your liking. More to come when I get time to write…



I plan on hosting  PDFs documents of excel spreadsheets, which will have my workouts, they will include my ab routine, weekly weight training layout, and cardio routines. Not sure what else I am going to put in this section.
